We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
We process your data only to reply to your enquiry and, for tour requests, to let you know when a show is coming to your city. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6 §1(a)) given when you tick the consent box and submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries you initiate (Art. 6 §1(f)).
Submissions are stored in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.) and a notification is sent to our private Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC). These providers act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Booking enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Tour requests are kept until you ask us to remove them or until the city is served.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@mrpandl.com and we will action the request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Our processors may store data outside the EEA. Where this happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
